On-the-go low-carb recipes for breakfast
I’m all about finding healthy, quick, and easy ways to make morning meals smooth like butter. If you’re anything like me, you wake up 15 min later than what you should, and scramble to get your crap together, breakfast and lunches made, and for your kids to look somewhat presentable before they head out the door to school.
If you have an incredible husband like mine, you won’t be doing this alone. But wonderful husband or not, you WILL need help, and these recipes you can pre-make and freeze are sure to do that for you.
Keto and low-carb diets are really popular, and have been for awhile when it comes to losing weight fast. Check out more on the Keto diet here.

I tend to implement a lot of the Keto diet, but not necessarily on purpose. I am more of a non diet girl—when I restrict myself from certain foods, I tend to eat them more. It’s kind of a rebellious weird thing I do.
Seriously, like every time I go on a diet I end up gaining weight.
So what I’ve settled on is learning to have everything in moderation. Breakfast for me has and always will be my time to eat peanut butter bread. I can’t veer from it. I’ve tried, believe you me.
But there has been nothing I’ve found that satisfies me better than delicious bread with peanut butter, washed down with a nice cup of strong, drip coffee with cream. Not only that, I’m allergic to eggs—so when it comes to low-carb options, I’m don’t have a whole lot of options.
Anyway, that’s my dilemma. But I know that many of you need a few ideas for pre-made, low-carb, Keto options that will make your morning run a bit smoother, so I’ve found a few of my favorite food bloggers to help me out.

Lazy Keto Recipes for Breakfast

Not only is Lori one of my favorite food bloggers because of her healthy outlook on dieting and self image, she creates the most delicious looking foods that are simple and convenient. Like this recipe for energy bites. You could make these for a quick on-the-go breakfast, or a snack you keep on hand.
2. Keto Sausage Ball Puffs | Kasey Trenum
If you’re into eggs, or not allergic to them like I am, these Keto Sausage Ball Puffs are an amazing on-the-go, freezable breakfast option.
3. Cinnamon Keto Granola | 5 Ingredients!
I LOVE granola, and this recipe is a healthy option if you’re on a low-carb, Keto diet. I don’t think I would personally add the sugar free maple syrup, but to each his own.
Tip: add yogurt to granola with milk and your life will change. Just sayin.
4. Hi Fiber Keto Muffins | Keto Connect
Muffins are a great thing to just grab and go. Muffins aren’t always healthy. They are full of sugar and carbs that can inhibit weight loss. But these one’s will do nothing of the sort. Check out this recipe by Keto Connect to get a delicious muffin recipe that is made for those on the Keto diet.
5. Savory Breakfast Cookies | My Life Cookbook
Ummm, yes please. Who doesn’t love cookies? Well, this is not your average cookie. Which is why it’s brilliant. This recipe is a spin on egg muffins that actually seem a bit easier to eat. Don’t take my word for it, though, because I’m allergic to eggs so I can’t make them. But you should.
6. Noat Meal | Healthy Sweet Eats
This low-carb option of oatmeal is…brilliant. But be sure you’ve got your pantry stocked with things from the health food store—some of them are things I’ve never heard of. Like hemp hearts. Is that the heart of a hemp seed? Anyway, still looks delicious and is something you can pre-make.
7. Fluffy Blueberry Pancakes | The Big Man’s World
I didn’t know that fluffy and Keto could go in the same sentence when it came to pancakes, but these surely are FLUFFY. Anytime I had attempted low-carb pancakes in the past, they came out more like crepes than pancakes. These are DELICIOUS, and a brilliant spin on the classic blueberry pancakes that we all know and love.
